By using Stokey you agree to these terms.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Stokey for your own entertainment.

Community conduct

Don't use an offensive, harassing, or impersonating display name or table name. We may rename, remove, or ban a device that violates this, with or without notice, based on our own review or on another player's report.

Fair play

You agree not to tamper with the app or attempt to manipulate match results. Matches or scores we have reason to believe are illegitimate may be removed.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
